Six Peak Private Equity ("SPPE") is the U.S.-based lower middle market corporate private equity backed by the Steyn Group, a global single-family office with over $3 billion in assets under management.

We are actively seeking to recapitalize or acquire lower middle market businesses with $3–15 million in EBITDA.

As family capital, we specialize in partnering with founders and families.

We work closely with existing management teams and bring a deep bench of operating experience and value creation strategies. Our portfolio companies benefit from full access to the Six Peak team and the Steyn Group platform, which has a long track record of global value creation.

Collectively, our corporate private equity team has invested across multiple industries and generated strong equity returns, including realized outcomes of 8x+ equity return/MOIC. We are actively seeking to recapitalize lower middle market businesses, with particular focuses including real estate and maintenance services, industrial services, educational/healthcare services, and commercial contractors that can support our 50+ national real estate locations.
