Six Peak Private Equity ("SPPE") is the U.S.-based lower middle market corporate private equity backed by the Steyn Group, a global single-family office with over $3 billion in assets under management.

We are actively seeking to recapitalize or acquire lower middle market businesses with $3–15 million in EBITDA.

As family capital, we specialize in partnering with founders and families.

We work closely with existing management teams and bring a deep bench of operating experience and value creation strategies. Our portfolio companies benefit from full access to the Six Peak team and the Steyn Group platform, which has a long track record of global value creation.

Collectively, our corporate private equity team has invested across multiple industries and generated strong equity returns with history of building value. We are actively seeking to recapitalize lower middle market businesses, with particular focuses including real estate and maintenance services, industrial services, educational/healthcare services, and commercial contractors that can support our 50+ national real estate locations.
